Features a wonderfully refreshing and purifying essential oil blend of lavender, teatree, ylang ylang, lemongrass, and cedarwood.
Client Use: After cleansing, apply toner with cotton pad to remove residue from cleanser, makeup or hard water. Follow with appropriate protective treatment for skin type.
