Spa Etiquette

Etiquette

How early should I arrive?

You should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your spa appointment. If it is your first experience at Pelle, you should arrive 15 minutes early to obtain your complete skin-mapping analysis.

Reservations

While walk-ins are always welcome (subject to availability!), to ensure you get the exact time you're looking for, we suggest you make your booking several days in advance. A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your spot at Pelle.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours notice so that we can reschedule your therapist. Cancellation with less then 24 hours notice or no shows will be charged 75% of the value of their bookings (UV FREE Tanning excluded!).

How do I get ready for my skin-care treatment?

Inside your private treatment room you'll find a changing area where you may store all your personal belongings during your visit. The room is equipped with a sink and complimentary toiletries for your convenience. Slip on your robe and get ready for your professional treatment!

Do I need an appointment for the UV-Free Tanning?

While we recommend that you book an appointment to ensure there are no unnecessary delays, it is not absolutely necessary. Appointments may be made by phone, fax, on-line or in person.

The Pelle Environment

At Pelle, we do our absolute best to ensure that your visit is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. For the comfort of other guests, and yourself, we ask that you refrain from using your cell phone or pager. And as some of our visitors may be allergic to animals, we ask that you kindly leave your pets at home.

Gratuities

Our best reward is your satisfaction and personal recommendation, gratuities are left at your discretion.
